Member registration
All GESGB / HGS member registrations will be reviewed by the relevant organisation. If you are not a current member and wish to sign up for GESGB membership please visit: https://www.ges-gb.org.uk/membership/

Registration
Ticket fees include:

• Two-day ticket
• Full access to the technical programme (oral and poster)
• Digital interactive exhibition
• Abstract book (digital)
• Event guide (digital)
• Lunch and refreshments (23-24 October)
• Evening networking reception drinks & canapés (23 October)

Confirmation
An automated email confirmation will be issued on completion of  your registration and payment. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation does not appear in your inbox.

Corporate group bookings
Discounted rate for company group bookings of 5+ registrations available. Please email events@ges-gb.org.uk with details of your booking.

Student and concessionary rates
Limited number of student and concessionary tickets available for GESGB and HGS members. Please submit your request by emailing events@ges-gb.org.uk. Proof of status is required.
